Hemming Jeans 101

Posted by WELLA at Thursday, November 29, 2007
Having a wide hips and not so gifted model legs, buying a pants was really a hard for me. That's why Im suki of Bench. Perfect fit talaga. Feeling Lucy Torres or Kris Aquino... hahaha. So ano dapat gawin? Ipa-alter. I asked somebody how much yung alterations dito, ay sus $5 per leg... so $10/pair.. alangan naman isang leg lang noh! Correct! Alam ko naman ang basic stitches.
Here's the step-by-step instruction (better if you have sewing machine)

Measure your jeans up to what length you want.

From your measurement divide it by 2. Then fold it again. Do not include the original hem.

Secure it with pins

Stitch it. I did a back stitch.

Cut the excess fabric

Turn it over and Tadahhhh!!!

Oha.... iba na ang practical... hehehe
