Normal and Healthy

This is I've always wanted to hear every time we see our doctor.. Normal and Healthy. As you know, we are trying to conceive for almost 2 years now. The 1st year was a bit emotionally painful because I had a miscarriage. Still God is good kase it was blighted ovum... google mo na lang kapatid para gets mo kagad. After a year again, we decided to do a fertility workup na. My husband was really hesitant to do an analysis on him kase alam mo naman ego din nila yun. So super cry me a river ang ginawa ko to convince him... and sympre super love nya ako, at baka matuyuan na ko ng luha at baka maging muta na... he agreed. Im so proud of him! He told me na narealized nya dalawa kme dito sa journey na 'to. We have to be there for each other! Huwwwaaawwww!!! Laglag tipan ko!!! Hahaha!

After so many pagbubukaka ko, nakahinga naman ako ng maluwag at wala naman problema. Thank God! At first kala nila may polyp ako, but it was just a scar tissue from my previous D & C. Thank God again! And since we are super aggressive to have a baby, I was prescribed na to take a fertility drug. Hopefully it will work for us and hoping the next time we visit a doctor, eh jontis na ko!

Pinas 2010

We never planned our vacation in the Philippines since we want to go to Las Vegas. But one of our friend told us that her mom in law, bought a cheaper ticket to Pinas and so we checked it out. Little did we know, we already booked our reservation for January to February right away. The next day, we informed our respective bosses that we will be gone for 5 weeks. Oh yeah!!! As soon as we came home, bought the ticket and print the e-ticket! hahaha! excited! Of course, this is my first time to come home. This time, may kasama na si Nikky sa airplane. Hahhaa! Our family and friends knew that we're coming home this April. Wala lang trip lang namen. Surprise ang drama! hahaha! Ang dami naman itinerary... too bad not all eh nagawa. Anyways, we asked Nikky's friend to pick us at the airport. So ayan ihahatid na ko smen, si Nikky kase eversince when he comes home pinupuntahan nya yung mga kaibigan nya the same day. We arrived at our place around 11:30pm. Ayan na, nasa tapat na ko ng gate namen. We don't have a doorbell so nag-"tao po ako".. hahaha! Gising pa sila kase the lights are still on. Here's our dialogue of my father:

Me: Tao po!!!
F: Sino yan?
Me: Pwede po kay wella?
F: Huh? Ano? (boses na galit na!)
Me: Pwede po kay wella?
When he reached to our gate, he can't still recognized me kase siguro madilim at the same time parang kakagising lang ata... what I did was to jumped so he can see me. There he goes he finally saw me! Kase I called him.. "Tatay!!!!" He opened the gate and hugged me! Same with Nikky... oooppsss by the way, he was keep on saying "P*&@ng !na" with joy! hahaha! My dad called my mom who was already sleeping. Then when she came out, ayun.. iyak na! That's my mom... iyakin! Kala nya something went wrong kaya kme napauwi ng maaga. And so I told her the whole idea. Hahaha! Yes success!!!! Kakauwi lang ng sister ko from layasan, kaya nagulat din sya.. she hugged me and kissed my tummy (I am already 6 weeks preggy that time). So ayun happy happy talaga!

We went to my father's province (San Pablo, Laguna). Naligo sa hotspring na hindi naman hot! ewan ko ba! Then with my mother's side in Makati. Meet my friends. We had our grade school reunion. Had a great time in Palawan. Kaya ang saya sobra! Yun nga lang, I loss my baby during that time (that's another story).

Maybe our next visit will be on 2013... depende sa budget! hahaha! kase I hope by that time my parents will be here and meron na kmeng little ones!

Its Shopping Season

Its official... winter is over, I supposed. And its shopping season for me. Rejoice rejoice rejoice!!! We went to Medford, an hour drive from our place to check out the premium outlets there. Its not that big like in Albertville (heaven for the bargain lovers like me), but still I was able to buy some good stuffs... hindi ako uuwi ng walang bitbit noh! hahaha!

Thou sa next winter pa namen masusuot 'to.. atleast may bago na kmeng jacket.. we can go skiing na.. hahaha.. mahal pa ang boots so steady muna... All of these for less than $100, panalo! Pero tipid tipid mode muna ako... as much as possible kailangan ng will power!!! Im saving for our vacation trip on September... where??? Las Vegas baby!!! We haven't book our tickets yet kase baka pumunta rin kme ng California from Las Vegas. Naghahanap pa ko ng kakilala sa California na malapit sa Vegas... hahaha... Magulo pa ang itinerary namen.. basta ang concrete plan eh magbabakasyon kme!!!! hhhmmm parang gusto ko rin mag-cruise!!! Hoy wella ang dami mong gusto!!! hahaha! Basta bahala na ang bank account smen.. hehehe...

Masaya lang...

Actually wala akong maisip na title eh. Pero masaya talaga ako kase we applied for a pre-approval for a mortgage loan and we are approved more than we expected. Now we can buy our dream house na. Our contract lease will end on April next year so by January eh house hunters na kme... hehehe. Sympre gumawa na rin ako ng wish list ko.. oha! And of course, I had my 2nd road test this morning and I passed .. Yahoong yahooo!!!! Bwisit di kaya ako nakatulog kagabi kakaisip noh. Well I can take as many as possible. Yun nga lang sa 3rd test and so on, may bayad na. Buti na lang mabait yung examiner ko, he made me feel relaxed. Chikahan ever na khet sya eh nadidistract kung saan ba kme patungo. So ang next, buy a new car!!!! At sympre yung beetle car na gusto ko eh may kamahalan. Waaaaa nakakaiyak ang gastos!!!

We are now trying....

to have a Baby Well, Im not aware that we're already working on it... hehehe. Kase ganito yan, the last time we went out with our friends, one of them asked us kung kelan kme gagawa, aba ang hirit ni Nikky "nagawa na kme"... shocked ang beauty ko promise...homaygas!!! kase everytime may magtatanong sa kanya ng ganon, he always answers.. "next year pa", "di muna, bahay muna".. but this time.. naiba ang line nya ha. So I asked him kung serious sya sa sinabi nya.. sabi nya sken, "its about time, kase 2 months na lang, goodbye 2008 na". Ay ang lola nya, subra subra ang ngiti . But unfortunately, we have to try it again next month kase, nagka-bwisita ako... . Sabi nga ni Nikky sken kahapon, pagkatapos na pagkatapos ko daw magkaroon... go go go na ulit... hahaha! . I found this website na I can monitor my monthly period as well as kelan ako mag-oovulate or fertile... nung sinabi ko sa kanya na Nov. 8 ang ovulation ko.. sabi nya, "Di ba pupunta tayo sa party", Sabi ko e di pagkatapos... hello naman para ba namang napaka- big deal eh.. hehehe... Wala lang...

Eheads... The Reunion

Sympre di naman ako naka-attend nito noh. Anyway, aside from Rivermaya, Eraserheads is also one of my favorite band. Naku 2nd year highschool ako nito eh, when one of my classmate was super addict sa kanila. Halos sa araw-araw na ginawa ng dyos eh, puro na lang eheads ang maririnig mo sa kanya. At huwag isnabin ang mga songhits nya, halos lahat ng songhits na may picture nila eh binibili nya.. kung wala sa palengke (malapit kase 'to sa tipol) eh don mo sya matatagpuan kina Ka Tess (general merchandise ng andrews at tipol). At first, di ko sila trip... nababaduyan ako sa kanta nila..'til I heard "Pare Ko". Di naman ako lumevel sa pagiging addict nya pero talagang minemorize ko ang lyrics.. hahaha! At sympre pa nung aming St. Paul's Day, nagconcert ang eheads. So sympre maloka loka ang mga Paulinians... well ganon talaga kme pag may mga lalaking lumalanding sa aming bakuran! hahaha! So ayan na tapos na ang mga front acts. Lumabas ang Ely... hala lalong nagwala ang mga audience.. by the way pwede outsiders so di lang kme ang nagwala don. Eto na biglang si Sister umakyat ng stage. Pinagalitan kme.. sus kahiya sa mga outsiders. Kesyo hindi daw ganon ang mga Paulinians.. pati si Ely napagalitan. Eh tinotono nya ung guitar nya habang nagsasalita si sister, sabi ba naman sa kanya "will you stop that!". Poor Ely. Pero masaya naman after.. wala ng pakielamanan. Simula non wala ng banda na nagconcert pa smen.

After so many years, they're back for just one night. Thou I heard that the concert was shortened, everybody had a great time.

Unofficial house hunters

We just had our unofficial house hunting yesterday. We joined with our family friend in searching for their home. It was fun but stressful kahit hindi kme (Nikky and I) yung buyer. Before, ayaw ni Nikky to go sa mga open houses. What for daw, hindi pa naman kme bibili. Saka na lang daw pag dumating yung time na ready na kme financially. Pero nag-iba ang ihip ng hangin. I asked him na gusto ko sumama, walang ka effort effort pumayag sya . 2 out of 8 (?) houses ang pasok sa list namen, di nga lang sa price . But of course, we can still haggle the price or lakihan namen ung downpayment para di kme mahirapan sa monthly. There are lots of things to consider. Budget, how many rooms, finished basement, how many baths, appliances included, tax, etc. Atleast as early as now, we know kung ano gusto namen. Actually, si Nikky hindi sya mapakali parang timang. He gets too excited talaga don sa 2 houses na gusto nya. Sabi pa nya, if our friend will not buy that house, kame daw ang bibili. Magpapa pre-approve daw sya kung magkano ang pwede nyang i-loan... hanep! Kaya lang nga, we're planning to go back some time next year kaya gustuhin man namen na bumili ng house eh gusto rin naman din namen umuwi. Funny nga kase, before we go to sleep, pinag-usapan pa rin namen. Sabi nya we'll decide on January kung ano ung isasacrifice namen. Who knows, we can buy a house at the same time pwede rin kami makauwi..

Actually, Nikky and I plan to raise our kids in a Filipino way. Wala nga lang ung palo.. hehehe... kase ako lumaki ako sa palo ng hanger, nyahaha... kase sobrang tigas talaga ng ulo ko. I must say na ako ang pinakamaldita sa magkakapatid. Hindi talaga ako titigil hanggat di ako napapalo. Namamaos na ang nanay ko kakasaway sken wa epek. Pero masasabi ko naman khet matigas ang ulo ko di ko naman binigyan ng sama ng loob ang parents ko at proud ako don . Di ako sure kung si Nikky pinapalo?

Bow wow wow

We always have a house dog. Gusto ko talaga mag-alaga and mag-train ng dog. I was given a chance nung nasa Pinas pa ko pero I had to leave. Now, as much we wanted to have a pet dog, its not allowed here in our apartment, only cats or any pet na di makakadisturb sa ibang tenants. Last weekend we went to this pet store and I saw a lot of stuffs for the dog... and in fairness, expensive ha. Meron pa silang spa kit.. hanep di ba. According to Nikky, ang mga pets dito are treated as human, meron din silang insurance. Actually mas mahal pa yung mga needs nila kase they have to visit the vet regularly. Thou, Im not sure kung magkakaroon kme ng own place, we can have a dog. Mahirap din kase iwanan sa bahay ang asawa especially if its not well-trained. Mahal din ang pet sitting.. ay ano ba yan... pero gusto ko talaga magka-aso lalo na wala pa kmeng baby, atleast di naman ako nabobored pag weekend or during my day off. Oh by the way, the dogs here ranges to $300 - $600 depende sa breed. So siguro, mag-aadopt na lang kame, atleast for $75.
