My 1st all staff meeting

I just attended our Fall all staff meeting. In my 5 years of working, its my 1st time to attend a meeting with the executives. Unlike in Pinas kase, usually in strategic planning, mostly its for the marketing people, kaya di ako nakakaattend pero sympre may background naman ako kase asssistant ako ng EVP and Head of the Branch Banking Group. But this time, its for everybody. I guessed konti lang kase kme compared to my previous employer.

I had a great time and buti na lang nag-ayos ako... hehehe... kase I wasn't expecting na they will introduce the new employee.

Oh by the way, finally I tried eating strawberry. Ewan ko bat ko naisipan kainin. Verdict? Ok lang parang kiwi. Hehehe...

Aside from target goals for the next year, they discussed also the security. There was a robbery incident 3 years ago in one of our branches. The robber handed a note to the teller and introduce himself. When the teller read the note, she passed it to the another teller. Anyway to make the story short, they were robbed a $1,000. Then the robber went to the convenient store just across the street and bought a lottery ticket and some beers. I think while scratching a lotto ticket, he was caught by a police... hehehe..
