Lets get physical

After so many times na gusto kong mag-gym.. finally... natuloy din. Its my 1st day today, since nasira ung sked ko kya di natuloy ung sessions ko with the instructors... its more of assistance lang knina... next time na lang ako pa-sked for my program.Grabe super nakakapagod.. thou khet papano enjoy naman... cardio lang ako knina.. cguro sa susunod eh weight lifting naman. Nakakahingal, nakakangawit.. but since ung thigh part ko naman ang gusto ko ma-tone eh better na rin un... more than 100+ lang naman ang na-burn kong calories. Konti lang ang tao pag saturday, usually sa gabi ung madami. Lets see on monday. And try ko ung group classes kse mas enjoy un... sana lang e dumating ako on time! hehehe!


Hopefully, e di ako magsawa... yun na!
