A busy weekend

SATURDAY: I had a seminar to attend. Good thing it ended earlier than expected. I have lots of time for my workout... Oh yes, i worked on my upper body.. meaning nag-weighs ako! My gudness gracious... ilang 20lbs lang kya ung nagamit ko. Until now masakit pa rin ang katawan ko. Well, according to my husband pag masakit meaning it works... cge na nga! I did crunches for my abs. imagine 6 sets of 25 counts lang naman ang ginawa ko! hayyyy... cguro I'll try a group exercise na lang muna...
